A rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine. It features low noise, high efficiency, and quick screen changes (3-5 minutes). With its fully enclosed structure, it is suitable for screening and filtering granular, powdered, and viscous materials. The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical motor as the vibration source. Eccentric weights are installed on the upper and lower ends of the motor, converting the motor’s rotational motion into three-dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined), which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the trajectory of the material on the screen surface.
